"If anyone, no matter who, were given the opportunity of choosing from amongst all the nations in the world the set of beliefs which he thought best, he would inevitably - after careful
considerations of their relative merits - choose that of his own country. Everyone without exception believes his own native customs, and the religion he was brought up in, to be the
best."
(Herodotus, from The Histories, 420 b. Chr.)
Our countries are close together and yet living and working here (and there) is very different. Both nations have a very special understanding of leadership, communication and hierarchies. The
sooner you become aware of these diversities, the sooner you will be able to fit into your newly acquired position without friction.

Intercultural coaching will make you aware of your own cultural customs and show you the "other side". We take into account your individual experiences. You will develop an understanding of the
differing approach and learn how to use the different behaviours for successful collaboration.
Suddenly you are immersed in a different culture, you hear a foreign language everywhere and your life has changed completely. Maybe your own job has fallen by the wayside for the time being.
What is your role here in Germany? How will you use your time here so that you can say in retrospect: "It was worth it"?
